Marianne Macdonald interviews Sharon Olds

New York based, Sharon Olds was called "a poet of sex and the psyche" by Billy Collins.  In 2005, she rejected an invitation from Laura Bush to read at the National Book Festival in Washington so as to avoid the appearance of condoning the war in Irak.
The interview was published in The Guardian (Saturday, July 26, 2008).
